Real Estate Professional Bio for Sarah Massey

Sarah Massey currently serves as the Director of Business Development for Spring Garden Lending’s DC office, where she spans origination, underwriting, and portfolio management work. In this capacity she is also responsible for analyzing the data that drives SGL’s business operations.  She also serves as a Senior Analyst for Spring Garden Capital Advisors, supporting clients as they assess and develop capital markets strategies.

Prior to joining Spring Garden, Sarah obtained her Masters of City Planning degree from the University of Pennsylvania.  While there, she worked for the Philadelphia City Planning Commission’s Legislative Team, which furthered her specialization in zoning, real estate development, and urban policy.  She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. With professional experience in the Central Florida, Atlanta, and Philadelphia markets, Sarah appreciates fresh perspectives and commitment to community. When she isn’t working, she likes trying new recipes in the kitchen, exploring the city with her fiancé, and playing fetch with her tuxedo cat, Bean.
