Heidi Bolyard is an architect and the founder of Simplified Living Architecture. She has worked with more than 800 clients since 2001 to eliminate the frustrations in their homes by creating spaces that flow and function for their family. She has also inspired more than 75,000 people by providing ideas and solutions to improve how their home makes them feel. With her 22 years of experience, she created SOLD by Design to empower realtors who struggle with not selling enough homes by providing them with the knowledge to build their confidence so they can become a leader in real estate, sell more homes, receive more client referrals every month and increase their income. Heidi lives in Dublin, Ohio with her children Grady and Ellie, and in her free time, she pushes herself outside of her comfort zone with long distance running and hot yoga.
